1. General Terms and Conditions

Linnégatan 2 operates in compliance with both the Consumer Sales Act and the Act regarding Distance Contracts. In order to instigate and implement a purchase, the customer must be of legal age, namely 18 years, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. The term “customer” should be taken to mean a natural person.

2. Order Placement

Linnégatan 2's products may be ordered via www.linnegatan2.com.

Received orders will be acknowledged by the transmission via email of a written confirmation of order.  The order shall be binding on the part of Linnégatan 2 as soon as the customer receives the confirmation of order.

Linnégatan 2 maintains the right to refuse a customer purchase order. All orders shall be regarded as binding. If you have made an order by mistake, you will need to contact us immediately.

Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you and backorder it. When we receive the backordered item into stock, we will ship it to you. If you do not wish to have an item placed on backorder, you are always free to contact Linnégatan 2 and cancel it.

3. Prices

All prices shall be regarded as inclusive of Swedish VAT (currently 25%) and expressed in Swedish kronor (SEK). Linnégatan 2 reserves the right to pass on increases in VAT and other price changes over which we have no control. Freight charges, additional charges for C.O.D (if any) will also be levied, if applicable.

4. Payment


We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payment options. Card Payment is made via an encrypted connection to the Verifone payment gateway.

5. Delivery

Normal delivery time will be between 1 and 5 working days. Exceptions may arise. In such cases, we will contact the customer. Linnégatan 2 is unable to take responsibility for the delivery of items that have been sold out or are no longer current. Freight charges are always displayed in the customer’s shopping cart.

6. Late Delivery

We will contact you if a delivery delay is likely for any reason. Of course, we will do all we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. As our customer, naturally, you have a right to cancel your order where substantial delays are involved. Situations may occur which make it impossible for us to fulfil an order, for example if a supplier is unable to fulfil its obligations to us. Linnégatan 2 maintains the right exempt itself from liability for compensation to its customer in such situations or in the event of late deliveries. NB: Very occasionally, letters or packages may get lost in the postage system. In such cases, we will not make any compensation payment.

7. Freight

See the Shipping Information link for detailed information. There are five different shipping classes: Sweden, Europe, Asia, North America and Rest of the World. The shipping price will depend on which country the customer live and which item that is purchased. At the checkout you will choose your correct freight option, this will be followed up by Linnegatan 2 and adjusted if necessary.

8. Warranty

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you experience any problems with a product, please get in touch with us. Normally, the customer pays the return freight costs to our service centre. Your receipt for the goods you have purchased is your certificate of guarantee. So, always keep it in a safe place during the warranty period.

9. Returns Policy 

Linnégatan 2 makes use of the Act regarding Distance Contracts. This means that as our customer you are entitled to return the goods you have purchased within 14 days, without any special reason. Products should be returned, unchanged and in their original packaging. Linnégatan 2 maintains the right to debit the customer if anything is missing, for example the instruction manual. In Sweden returns are for free. Outisde Sweden the customer will pay all return costs. Returned goods shipped C.O.D will not be accepted. Please contact us before you return any product to us. As soon as we have received the goods we will return your funds.

10. Complaints

Insofar as complaints are concerned, Linnégatan 2 is subject to the Consumer Sales Act. Accordingly, we undertake to replace defective or damaged products at no extra cost. Remember not to open the package if it shows visible evidence of damage that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. If this is the case, raise a complaint with the postal service at the delivery point straight away and ask them to send the package back to Linnégatan 2, stating the reason for the package’s return. Then send an email to info@linnegatan2.se making us aware of the situation.

11. Unclaimed Packages

If for any reason, you do not collect your package, you are still liable for the costs of freight and, if appropriate any C.O.D charges. Please remember that the time a package will be kept by the postal service has now been reduced to 14 days! Unclaimed packages will be liable to a fee, currently SEK 95, which will be debited in arrears.
