The history of Carmina began in 1866 when artisan Matias Pujadas opened a workshop in Inca, Mallorca, where he began producing tailor-made shoes. Several generations later in 1997, Pujadas’ great-grandson, Jose Albaladejo, decided to found the company Carmina Shoemaker with the vision to make some of the world’s best shoes. Each shoe is hand-crafted and Goodyear-welted, using top grade leathers, with a precision and technique that has been passed down from generations.
